They have truly overstepped their bounds on this one.  Swinging is my one solace; my calm center of a cruel world.  When the nap times and diaper changes and bathing get to be too much, I know that I can sit in that swing and forget the world.  And what did they do?  They video taped it, because they thought it was "cute".
